Congratulations to our homegrown champion surfer John Mark ‘Marama’ Tokong as he successfully defends his 2019 championship as he wins again this year in the 26th International Surfing Cup here in Cloud 9, Gen. Luna, Siargao Island, with a score of 15.80. Along him is a fellow from Gen. Luna who also bagged the championship in the Women’s Division, Nilbie Blancada, scoring 11.50. LGU General Luna also congratulates our Siargaonon surfers who might not have made it this year, but are winners in our hearts nonetheless.
